Engadget is reporting that an “official” jailbreak for iPhone v1.1.3 is now available from the iPhone Dev Team. The hack requires a v1.1.2 jailbroken device with the BSD Subsystem v1.5 or greater installed — it does NOT upgrade your baseband.
