I'm very happy with this purchase. The keyboard is comfortable enough for me, the machine runs very silent, and it lasts 5+ hours on battery. the default OS is very easy to run. The only cons would be that it's really not a very powerful machine, but it's just fine for web browsing and light text editing. That's what I wanted and this machine delivers. PROS: I'm glad I waited for this model. Bigger keyboard, very bright, sharp screen. Linux boots in 15 seconds! LED backlit screen and solid state hard drive. Good battery life and easy Wi-Fi connections. I was surprised how easy it was to download and install an ActiveX compatibility module, which I needed. I love the two-fingered scroll-down action on the touchpad. Installed Flash Player easily.
CONS: The touchpad left & right buttons an unusually stiff. I try to just gently tap on the touchpad for a left-click, instead. Video clips don't play as smoothly as they would on a more powerful CPU. Was this review helpful?
