29 August 2007 @ 10:56Roaming charges = lawsuit opportunity

AppleInsider is reporting that Herbert H. Kliegerman has filed a class-action lawsuit against Apple, Inc., because he received a $2,000 bill after roaming in Mexico with his iPhone. I can understand the frustration that would come with receiving a $2,000 phone bill, but roaming charges are nothing new, and have, in fact, been used by wireless phone companies ever since the advent of the cellphone.

Ridiculous!
