According to AppleInsider, Apple has issued a full build labeled build 9A559. This is an update to the previous full build labeled 9A527. There are still two outstanding issues in this new build. One involve an install failure on some PowerPC Macs, while the other issue involves systems where HP printers are connected and installed (no word on the details of this issue).
Apple has said that Leopard will be released by the end of October. You can pre-order your copy from Amazon here.
