Apple has created the iPhone Dev Center as a resource for those looking to create web apps for the iPhone or iPod touch. The site includes web development guidelines, iPhone tech talk videos, sample code, and an iPhone reference library. Developers may also submit their apps to Apple for possible listing in the web apps library.
