Before you install Leopard, it is a wise idea to remove Unsanity’s Application Enhancer. You may not even remember installing it, as some third-party installers will install it without any warning.
According to Apple’s KnowledgeBase article, the solution is to copy and paste the following commands into the Terminal to remove Application Enhancer.
rm -rf /Library/PreferencePanes/Application\ Enhancer.prefpane
rm -rf /Library/Frameworks/ApplicationEnhancer.framework
rm -rf /System/Library/SystemConfiguration/ApplicationEnhancer.bundle
rm -rf /Library/Preferences/com.unsanity.ape.plist
