20 December 2007 @ 7:54Think Secret shuts down its website

After reaching what is referred to as an “amicable agreement” in the lawsuit by Apple, Think Secret’s founder, Nick Ciarelli, will be shutting down the site in order “to move forward with [his] college studies and broader journalistic pursuits.” (link)

The lawsuit stemmed from Think Secret publishing details of an unreleased music breakout box codenamed “Asteroid”.

The lawsuit I believe was actually the result of Think Secret revealing the details of the Mac mini two weeks before its official release at Macworld Expo.
