5 March 2008 @ 13:48NIN album Ghosts I-IV selling well

nin_ghosts.jpgAfter only three days since the NIN Ghosts release, the limited edition “Ultra Deluxe Packages” have already sold out. The 2,500 packages were priced at $300 a piece, resulting in a gross revenue of $750,000 in three days for the band.  Reznor’s experiment in album release and distribution seems to be paying off.

The first 9 tracks can be downloaded free here – NIN – Ghosts I-IV

The entire 36 tracks of Ghosts I-IV are available as a digital download from Amazon for the minuscule amount of $5.

I purchased this album from Amazon’s site and really enjoyed it. There are thirty-six tracks of instrumental industrial rock.

On another note, Amazon is cheaper than iTunes and was fairly easy to use so I may use it in the future as well!
