I came across a photo of the back of what appears to be a new model of iPhone. Notice the gloss black exterior and the absence of the black antenna area. That’s about all we can deduce from this photo (or clever 3D rendering).

No, this isn’t a Colorware painted iPhone, as Colorware will paint over the iPhone text that is on the back
