Ken at OnlyKnives.com sent me a link to his instructions for a James Bond inspired minimalist wallet. The pockets include room for three keys, a knife, a KingMax USB drive (Amazon | Amazon UK), a file/screwdriver, a scissors, a toothpick, a pen, tweezers, three credit cards, a drivers license, medical insurance card, and some cash.
