I’m the last person to condone litigious behavior, but I think Microsoft has just been begging for this one.

It is widely known that Vista doesn’t perform as well as it should on anything but some of the more powerful machines. The lawsuit claims that Microsoft knowingly exploited Vista’s shortcomings by charging a downgrade fee to users who did not want Vista installed.

Hmm. Charge more, and offer less. Sounds fishy to me.
