26 May 2009 @ 7:12The New Yorker cover sketched on iPhone

We made mention a while back of Jorge Colombo’s iPhone sketches using the iPhone app Brushes. It turns out now that The New Yorker magazine put one of Jorge’s sketches on this week’s cover.

The cover is very well-done and very fitting for The New Yorker. Scroll down to watch the animation of Jorge’s sketching process.

Amazing. I really love this article.

The artwork isn’t all that great; but the fact that he did this while standing on a street corner using an iPhone is awesome.
