T-Mobile of the Netherlands inadvertantly posted (and now removed) the technical specs of the iPhone 3G S on their website, while Apple and AT&T have been pretty tight-lipped about that aspect of the 3G S. Apple would rather you think of the iPhone as more than the sum of its parts (which it is). So, for those who are curious, the iPhone 3G S doubles the RAM of the previous model bringing it up to 256MB, and gets a 600MHz processor, up from 412MHz for the previous two models.
