Although there are negative comments I’ve read about this product, I still decided to purchase my own. I just got it yesterday and completed the set up, installation and configurations for 5 minutes. I installed it with 1.5TB HDD and play all the codec I have. The speed of shifting menu gave me real pleasure and you can FW or RW anytime you want without any hassle. It really worth my money!

I bought the unit and while it’s great, it’s not for everyone.

Keep in mind that the wifi currently only works with certain dongles that use a specific Realtek chipset (of which are only of the G flavor, not the N flavor), so please keep that in mind.

But it is really pretty good. I’m liking mine more and more.

    I wrote about it here:

    Hi
I got my Mvix Ultio 2 days ago. I used the Ultio play through my receiver. But, the DTS HD-Master Audio didn’t show on my receiver. I did update the firmware today, then the wireless is not work either. I used a dongle N type. Need Help.
    Thanks
    Bruce
