The cult classic Plan 9 from Outer Space by Ed Wood, Jr. is set to be remade by John Johnson and production company Darkstone Entertainment with a release date of 9/9/09.

AnandTech has their first impressions of a pre-release Asus Eee Box. It looks promising.

Samsung’s new L870 Smartphone will feature Apple’s Safari web browser (or possibly just Apple’s WebKit). This will be the first non-Apple phone to use Apple’s own browser. The L870 is scheduled to arrive in Europe in August of this year.
